She was predeceased by: her parents, Gail Graham and Genevieve Graham (Landis); her husband Louis Ron Urban; and her siblings, Genevieve Kazee and Gail Graham.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Urban, Joni Urban and Jill Stefanoni; and her granddaughters, Olivia Stefanoni and Ava Stefanoni. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
