He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Leonard Tutt and Victoria Byrd Tutt Moore; and his son Stephen Tutt. He is survived by: his wife Mildred; his daughter Vicki Greider (Les); his grandsons, Matthew and Aaron Greider (Kate); and his great grandchildren, Jason, Dylan and Robin Greider.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Butler and Warren County.
