She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey E. Zimmerman and Margaret Zimmerman (Penny); her former husband Garland Sorrell; her husband Donald Ober; her children, Brenda Ayres and Tom Sorrell; her granddaughter Jessica Lynn Sorrell; and her siblings, Mary Sallie, Evelyn Hudson, Bill and Charles Zimmerman.
She is survived by: her sons, Ron Sorrell (Debbie) and Don Sorrell (Jackie); and her children-in-law, Rick Ayres and Darlene Sorrell. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
