He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha Smith; his wife Margaret Lockhart; and his son David Scott Lockhart. He is survived by: his son Dean Lockhart (Cindy); his brother Edward Lockhart (Nancy); and his granddaughters, Shanda Carter (Mike), Rachel Boldt (Andrew) and Denise Crane (Steven). He is also survived by three great granddaughters; three great grandsons; and many friends.
