He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Nelson and Alberta Louise Davidson (Ostendorf); his son Richard Allen Davidson, Jr.; his nephew Brenten Andrew Davidson; and his friend Karen Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughter Leslie Goodfriend; his granddaughter Erica Goodfriend; his siblings, Linda Kramer, Kathy Davidson and Robert N. Davidson (Tina); and his nieces and nephews, Jeffery Kramer, Jennifer Kramer and Bethany Davidson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family and all his good friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
