We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2021, at the age of 91, Richard E. Smith of Middletown, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Furman and Jesse Cecil Smith (Gray); and his wife Mary Lou Smith. He is survived by: his children, Richard James Smith, Michelle, Pamela Louise Smith and Cory Haxton. He is also survived by two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Care of Middletown, 4418 Lewis Street, Suite B, Middletown, Ohio 45044.
