He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Kennedy; his parents, Leon Kennedy and Marguerite Kennedy; and his siblings, Jack Kennedy, Douglas Kennedy and Shirley Kennedy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Brandenburg (Chris) of West Chester, Peggy Schmitz (Fred) of Washington Township and Marion Durisek (John) of Shelby Township, MI; his grandchildren, Erica Kennedy, Angie Smith, Julie Jaap, Amanda Durisek, Matthew Brandenburg and Brian Schmitz; and his great grandchildren, Nathan Kennedy, Jack Kennedy, Evie Smith, Cohen Brandenburg, Gavin Smith, Macie Smith, Reid Brandenburg, Zoe Jaap, Lane Brandenburg and Miles Jaap.
