He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Van Amberg (Wayne) and Charmaine Dufresne (Tom); his siblings, James Mandera, Robert Mandera, Thomas Mandera, Teresa Fisher and Lynn Amrhein; his grandchildren, Shane Warrington, Megan Heil, Christian Petty, Phoenix Petty, Brianna Mealor and Hunter Van Amberg; and his great grandchild Riley Longfellow.
