With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rick Munafo of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on November 29, 2021 at the age of 63. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rick Munafo to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Munafo (Hearing) and Sam Munafo; and his brother Vincent Munafo. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Tracy Blanchard (Adam), Jennifer Fiorita (Tony) and Bryan Fox; his brothers, Sam Munafo (Sharon) and Frank Munafo (Barb); and his grandchildren, Evan, Avery, Olivia Blanchard, Dominic and Mya Fiorita. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
