He is survived by: his wife Betty Lay Graft; his stepchildren, Linda Sue McDowell (Jim), Ann Lay (LeeAnn) and Jim Lay (Carla Gae); his nephews, Andy Graft (Kathy), Tom Graft and Steve Hatfield; and his niece Carolyn Reveal.
