He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Plozay and Robert Clayton Napier Jr.; his grandchildren, Jack Napier, Robbi Hodson, Amy Hensley, Joei Profitt and Steven Roe; and his sisters, Ella Sue Brown and Sharon Kay Sample.
