It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Dewayne Fugate Sr. (Middletown, Ohio), who passed away on October 30, 2020, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Robert Roberts; his daughter Tara Fugate; his siblings, Lawrence Fugate and Joyce Fugate; his grandparents, Bernice Fugate, Edna and Floyd Roberts; and his nephew Greg Burroughs.

He is survived by: his mother Daisy Barrett (Wayne); his children, Kristy Fugate and Robert Dewayne Fugate Jr.; his sister Margaret McKibben; and his pet Buster. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many other loving family members.
