He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Huffman and Earl Wells; his daughter Jacqueline; his granddaughter Haley; his stepparents, Earl Huffman and Geraldine Wells; and his siblings, Jimmy Wise and Barbara Richards.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Wells; his children, Chris Wells (Christy), Angie Wells and Michelle Streck (Ken); his grandchildren, Blake, Brianna, Jordan, Kate, Korey, Kyle, Carey and Kaitlin; his great grandchildren, Kannon and Jackson; his sisters, Ginger Dougherty (David), Patsy Byrd (Don), Joyce McNabb (Shelby), Vivian Martin (Ricky), Trudy and Ginger Wells; his sister-in-law Dorothy Wise; and his brother Wayne Wells (Barbara). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
