He was predeceased by: his siblings, Virginia Baughman (Birch) and Delmas Birch. He is survived by: his wife Janet Birch; his sons, Steve Birch (Mary), David Birch (Marsha) and Shane Birch (Holly); and his brother Wayne Birch. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hillcrest Baptist Church.
