With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Ellen Howard (Middletown, Ohio), who passed away on April 15, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Elhanan and Adelaide Ellen Howard (Hill); her brother Ernest; her sister-in-law Marilyn Howard Sr.; and her sister Josephine Howard. She was also cherished by cousins, multiple nieces and nephews and many great friends.

In lieu of flowers, Ruthie requested that donations be made to the Salvation Army of Middletown at 1914 First Ave., Middletown, Ohio.
