He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jacqui" Cullum (Boutet); his children, Samuel Cullum II, Dion Cullum (Elizabeth), Daryn Cullum (Melissa), Paula Cullum and Dawn "Shelli" Cullum; his grandchildren, Saira McMullen (Eric), Amanda Halcomb (Andy), Dion Cullum II, Jonathon Cullum, Stephen Cullum and Mason Cullum; and his great grandchildren, Oliva Marlow, Emily McMullen and Harlow Halcomb.
