She was predeceased by: her husband Wilbur Allen Hart; and her brother William David Long. She is survived by: her daughter Dorothy Peck (Jeff); her grandchildren, Tara Herron (James) and Lacy Homan (Matt); her great grandchildren, Ruby, Pearl, Rose Herron, Grant and Austen Homan; her pet Cody; and also Melissa Smith (Dave).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be directed to Hospice Care of Middletown in Sandra's memory.
