He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Odell and Ella Pearl Campbell; and his uncle Denny Campbell. He is survived by: his parents, Sam Meade and Bonnie Meade (Campbell); his wife Kelly Lynn Meade (Theobald); his children, Justin Scott Meade and Kendra Joy Howe (Garrett); his grandchildren, Addison and Charlie Jo Howe; and his sister Stacy Jones (Sean). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Middletown or American Cancer Society.
