She was predeceased by: her parents, Dexter Howard and Dixie Howard (Oaks); her husband Donald Lee Schwab; and her sister Frances Lovely. She is survived by: her son Donald Schwab Jr. (Lori); her grandson Benjamin Schwab; and her siblings, Ernest Howard (Jane) and Sue Wills.
