With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terry A. Flack Sr. (Middletown, Ohio), who passed away on August 26, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Flack and Helen Christine Flack (Martin); his brothers, Melvin Flack and Benjamin Flack; and his close friend Sophie.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Flack (Begley); his children, Terry A. Flack, Jr. (Michelle) and Kristi L. Mann (Dwayne); his sister Linda D. Mull; his grandchildren, Delaney Hawthorne (Jordan), Pedro Walters, Gunnar Evanson, Ethan Mann (Alex) and Brittany Randolph (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Melia Winkle, Riley Randolph, Micha Winkle, Lilly Winkle and Jordan Mann; and his close friend Nancy Frisby Wright.
