She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; and her daughter Bonnie Ingram. She is survived by: her children, Gail Hall and Robert Cook of Pikeville; her daughter-in-law Joanne Cook of Pikeville; and her close friends, Louise Miller and Greg Tyner. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 26 great-great-grandchildren.
