He is survived by: his wife Dana Charles; his children, Dewayne Charles (Jacqueline) and Teri Bentley (AJ); his grandchildren, Zachary, RJ, Kayden, Jason and Emily; and his siblings, Wanda Montgomery (Darrell), Ronald Charles, Sue Shields (Larry), Carol Jackson and Lin Charles (Christine). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
