It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy E. Lewis of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on December 14, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Timothy E. Lewis to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Joseph E. and Bertie Lewis; and his brother Reverend Marty Lewis (Truda). He is survived by: his close friend Jayne Reardon; his children, Timothy E. Lewis II (Andee), Joseph E. Lewis (Danielle) and Megan Esmael (Justin); his grandchildren, Morgan Gentry, Landen Lewis, Luci Johnson, Delilah Johnson, Joseph Lewis and Hadley Esmael; and his siblings, Mike Lewis (Janet) and Beth Cox (Harold). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
