He was predeceased by: his sisters, Terri Kaye Hall and Gaylan Dawn Miller; his nephew Branden Hency; his aunt Amanda Puckett (Ritter); and his stepfather Michael Lansaw.

He is survived by: his parents, Martha Lansaw (Ritter) and Bill Hollister (Marsha); his sisters, Wendy Adams (Mike), Jodi Combs (Jeff) and Amy Hobbs (Dave); his aunt Blanche Cokley (DC); his brother-in-law Mark Hall; and his close friend David Forkner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
