He is survived by: his wife Reva Owens; his daughters, Kelli Watson (Shawn) of Lebanon, OH, Amber Tillison of Lebanon, OH and Christina Owens of Middletown, OH; his grandchildren, Micah, Aaron, Lydia Watson, Reagan, McKinley Tillison, Tre, Cobe Calhoun, Breanna, Dalton and Dakota Owens; his great grandchild Johnathan Callen Jr.; his sister Sandy Taylor (Dave) of Middletown, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Dottie Barker of Lebanon, OH and Jim Ratliff (Deborah) of Knoxville, TN..
