He is survived by: his stepchildren, Zachary Lawver, Dan Lawver and Kristin Lawver; his brother Bradley Scott Hollon; his nephew John David Hollon; and his nieces, Staci Marie Hollon and Rachael Jones. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
