It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Manley (Middletown, Ohio), born in Sharpsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on June 11, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Everett and Nellie Francis Manley (Hawkins); his wife Eloise Manley; his daughter Mary Jo Manley; his grandchildren, Nicholas E., Bryan Scott Manley and Sheena Murphy; his son-in-law James D. Campbell; and his siblings, Woody, Addison, Jimmy Manley, Faye Henderson and Billie Castle.
He is survived by: his children, Sue Campbell of Mt. Sterling, KY, Bill Manley (Janet) of Lebanon, OH, Bob Manley (Donna) of Middletown, Danny Manley (Pam) of Middletown and Melody Emerson of Middletown; and his siblings, Doug, Everett Manley of Mt. Sterling, KY, Joan Romer of Ashland, KY, Jean Little of Mt. Sterling, KY. and Janice Williams of Mt. Sterling, KY.. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren.
