She was predeceased by: her parents, Christine Lavone Kelly and John L. Mills; and her sister Gail Ann Mills. She is survived by: her stepmother Connie L. Smith; her siblings, David M. Smith (Phyllis), Ginger Estepp, Kaye Combs (Greg) and Lynne Helton; and her nephew Elijah Helton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
