We are sad to announce that on June 29, 2020, at the age of 72, Vivian (McIntosh) O'Brien (Middletown, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clay and Virginia McIntosh (Collins); and her brothers, Joey Dale McIntosh and Glenn McIntosh. She is survived by: her son Joe Miller (Beth); and her siblings, Patricia McIntosh, Jerry McIntosh (April), Gary McIntosh (Grace) and Robert Mcintosh (Judith). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
