She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Williams and Myrle Belle Williams (Moore); her husband Harvey B. Moon; her children, James Ronald Lansaw Jr. and Diana Scalf; and her siblings, Leah French, Betty Dillinger, Karen Williams, Ida Belcher, Emmitt Williams, Roscoe Williams Jr and James Donald Williams.
She is survived by: her children, David Moon and Teresa Casteel (William); her stepdaughter Lisa Moon; and her siblings, Mary Ratliff, Ronald Amburgey and Alpha Mae Pelfrey. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
