It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilburn Preston Noel Jr. (Middletown, Ohio), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on March 14, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Preston Noel, Sr. and Emma Rose Gray Noel; and his sister Holly Grooms. He is survived by: his siblings, Jamie Boldman of Otway, Merry Burge (Christopher) of West Portsmouth, Anita Speck (Eric) of West Portsmouth and Joey Keith Noel (Tracey) of Broadway; and also, Shawnna Douglas, Sherrie Grooms and Perry Grooms. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
