He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Sylvia Smith; his son Jamie Lee Thomas; and his siblings, Frank Smith, Raymond Smith, Ralph Smith, Nellie Carey, Betty Bruntfield, Johnny Smith, Roy Smith and Danny Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Smith; his children, William E Smith (Kristine), Mark Anthony Todd and Deanna Jean Hymner (Fiancé' William); and his sisters, Ida Bicknell, Shirley Heaton and Lillie Sayler. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with Bill's funeral expenses.
