He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thomas and Carrie Dee Stephens (Brandenburg); and his sisters, Allene Rogers and Zellene Specht. He is survived by: his wife Junis Stephens (Stamper); his children, Pastor Tracy Stephens (Cathy) and Brent "Tony" Stephens (Michelle); his grandchildren, Kelli Stephens, Kerri Stephens, Seth Stephens (Katelynn) and Silas Stephens; his great grandchild Colton Bryce; and his sister Wanda Lyninger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
