He was predeceased by: his parents, Palmer Strider and Musetta Strider; his grandsons, Benjamin Strider and Scott Strider; and his siblings, Clayton Strider, Zola Larkin and Stella Boring.
He is survived by: his spouse Jeri Strider; his children, Kenneth Michael Strider, Philip David Strider, Donald Roy Strider (Tanya) and Annette Strider; and his grandchildren, Francine Funk, Chris Strider, Amy Roosa, Rhonda Michael, Larry Burnem, Jr., Shelly Burnem, Mindy Shelton and Logan Horton.
