He is survived by: his parent Edward Sullivan; his spouse Vivien Sullivan; his children, Shannon Sullivan, Phillip Reed (Felicia) and Robert Reed (Deb); his grandchildren, Alexandria, Neveah, Caleb, Torie and Scarlet; his sibling-in-law Nancy Sullivan; and his sibling Chad Mittendorf.
