It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Grace Knoeringer (Milford, Ohio), who passed away on July 4, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Leslie W. Knoeringer; her son John Knoeringer; and her grandson Michael Nicholl. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Daugherty (Bob) and Leslie Price (Ron); her grandchildren, Jason Price (Su), Justin Nicholl (Nicole), Trisha Price and Kathleen Collins (Jeff); and her great grandchildren, Caden Nicholl and Abram Nicholl.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bearing Precious Seed, 1369 Woodville Pike, Milford, OH 45150.
