He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Knapp and Helen Knapp (Packard); and his siblings, Flossie Knapp Beck, Earl Knapp and Albert Knapp.
He is survived by: his spouse Joanne Knapp (Erickson); his children, Matthew Knapp, Graceanne Knapp and Eric Knapp; his grandchildren, Craig Steele, Ian Steele, Alexander Knapp, Daniel Knapp and Cora Knapp; his great grandchild Clara Steele; and his siblings, Helen Knapp Mooney, Shelby Knapp Winterringer and Ernest Knapp.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 5849 Buckwheat Road, Milford, OH 45150, where a private family service will be held.
