She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Smith and Merel Smith (Metcalf); her husband Donald Wisniewski; and her brothers, Pete and Jerry Smith.
She is survived by: her son Jeffery Smith (Lynn); her granddaughters, Amanda VanNess (Drew) and Samantha DiBlasi (Peter); her great grandchildren, Parker and Crosby; and her siblings, Doris Dunn, Clarence Smith (Norma), Carol Post and Donna Smith (Larry). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends.
Memorials may be directed to the Oregon Community Theatre or the American Heart Association.
