He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his children, Jake, Grant and Zach; his brother Eric Matwiejczyk (Sarah); his parents-in-law, George and Elaine Gerkensmeyer; his sisters, Becky Hoffman (Joe), Lori Witt and Jeni Pasty (Mike); and his pets, Bailey, Riley and Teddy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
