He was predeceased by : his wife Phyllis Moore Hill. He is survived by : his children, Donna Hoyer (Jerry), Lynn Wright of Mt. Sterling and Brian Hill (Tessa) of Sabia; and his grandchildren, Amber, Samantha, Lyra, Evan and Ella.
