He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dennis and Judith Phillips, Sr. (Brentlinger); his father-in-law Sam Eicher; and his brother-in-law Joe Hochstetler. He is survived by: his wife Susanna Eicher; his children, Tonya Keim (Nathan) and Charles Addison Phillips (Aubrey); his grandchildren, Allison, Miranda and Shawn Keim; his mother-in-law Ruth Eicher; his siblings, Kim Hudson, Steve Phillips and Jim Phillips; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Echer (Tina), John Eicher (Ruth), Jacob Eicher (Ruby), Sam Eicher Jr. (Janet), Miriam Yoder (John) and Sara Hochstetler.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Welcome Church of Christ (4895 Township Rd 257, Millersburg, OH 44654).
