It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Misty Clark of Millersburg, Ohio, who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Misty Clark to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her father Dennis Clark; her son Preston Phillips; and her grandparents, Alva (Linda Sinnett), Dwight and Vera Clark.

She is survived by : her mother Tanya Bernard (Sinnett); her son Joshua Phillips of Ashland; her brother Denny Clark (Misty) of Millersburg; and her nephew Brexton Clark.

The family suggests that in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made to LifeCare Hospice, 1900 Akron Road, Wooster Ohio 44691.
