It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thelma Faye Nelson of Millersport, Ohio, born in Galloway, Ohio, who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Smith and Zelma Smith (Roberts); and her siblings, Frank, James Smith and Helen Miller.

She is survived by : her children, Debra Collins (Duke), Robert "Bruce" Nelson (Mary) and Daniel Nelson; and her grandchildren, Hilary and Charles. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
