She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Karl Lindner and Mildred Lindner (McDevitt); her sons, Kurt Nightingale (DeAnn) of Newark and Doug Nightingale (Debbie) of Minerva; her grandchildren, Savanna Nightingale, Jonathan Nightingale, Steve Nightingale (Bekah), Jake Nightingale (Courtney), Alyx Larson (Kyle) and Toria Nightingale (Mike Southers); her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Silas, Greenlea, Zephaniah and Viola; and her husband Ronald Nightingale.
