He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jess Martin and Ada Martin (Pitts); his children, Melissa Martin (Tracy Garabrandt) of Canton, Stephani Grindstaff (Doug) of Minerva and Rick Martin Jr. (Tina) of East Rochester; his son-in-law Bryan Marriner of Minerva; his siblings, Helen Koah (Canton), Brenda Drake (Bob) of Tampa, FL, James "Phil" Martin (Jeannie) of Minerva and Charles Martin (Linda) of Akron; his grandchildren, Austin, Jacob, Peyton, Sara, Jaidyn, Carson, Spencer, Sawyer, Emerson, Carsyn, Bryce, Brock and Angela; his wife Shirley Martin (Rehard); and his daughter Renae Marriner.
