He was predeceased by: his stepfather Howard Mansfield. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Warth (Heuer); his children, Stephen Warth (Melanie) of Columbus, Julie Shirley (Don) of Minerva and Chris Warth (Sarah) of East Canton; his half-siblings, Nancy Smith, Eric Mansfield (Shirley) of Canton and Mark Mansfield (Kathy) of Sebring; his grandchildren, Megan Shirley (Shane), Heather Elder (Jeff), Jordan Shirley, Reece, Izzy and Owen Warth; and his great grandchildren, Xander and Jaxon.
