We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2024, at the age of 85, Velva Juanita Van Horn (Minerva, Ohio), born in West Union, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Hubert Horn and Trecie Van Horn Sr. (Simmons); and her siblings, Forest Van Horn, Virginia Kerns, Dorothy Marie Bradfield, Edna Malone, Mary Fryer, Helen Thompson and Shirley Barr.

She is survived by : her daughters, Debra Plummer of North Lima and Tina Henderson (Les) of Olive Hill, KY; and her brother Hubert Van Horn Jr. of Minerva. She is also survived by her family and friends.
