We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2020, at the age of 59, Lisa A. Piening of Minster, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents-in-law, Roland and Mildred Piening; and her brother-in-law Gerald Peltier. She is survived by : her parents, Larry Spieles and Jane Spieles (Hempfling); her husband Jeff Piening; her children, Jonathan (Jamie Piening), Jenna (Andy Schmitmeyer), Lindsey (Luke Hopkins), Eric Piening and Columbus; her grandchildren, Carter, Camden, Celine Piening, Jane, Ben, Brody Schmitmeyer, Emma and Ellie Hopkins; her siblings, Doug, Brenda Spieles, Dina, Ron Tenkman, Mari and Todd Thieman; and her parents-in-law, Marge, Jerry Eilerman, Sandy, Chris Jamieson, Nancy Peltier, Jim Piening, Mary, Jim Kemper and Beth Ranly. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donation to Hospice of Miami County.
