She was predeceased by : her husband Ronald; and her son Jeff. She is survived by : her children, Keith Treen (Lisa), Linda Cradlebaugh (Mike), Carol Bunner (Don), Ronald Lewis Jr., Sue Lutz (Mike), Lydia Lewis, Sherry Taylor (Tam), Tracy Lewis and Tammy Lewis (Brian Auletta); her brothers, Victor DeSure (Fran) and Paul DeSure; her brothers-in-law, John Lewis and Ralph Wahl; and her cousin Barbara Broida. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
