She is survived by : her stepfather William Courtney; her children, Bernard M. Hoffmann Jr. (Lori), Vincent Hoffmann (Carolyn), Joseph P. Hoffmann (Gina), Cynthia Collins, Stephanie Entenman (Douglas), Lisa Broaddusand (Stephen) and Suzanne Hample (Neil); and her brother-in-law Gene Hulshult (Sandy). She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren.
